RETURN POLICY

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including all masks and t-shirts. All online and in store/event sales are final.  

Since all items are made to order, we can not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.  In order to guarantee your shirt size, please see our size guide, for additional questions please email us at info@pieldecaramelo.com. 

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective/ damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
